"A Teacher's Take on Brightwheel"
As a teacher, I find this software to be quite cumbersome and takes up a lot of time. Just to set up a single row of a lesson plan, it requires at least 16 clicks - for just one row! And remember, that row only covers Circle Time for the week. As someone who wears both educator and admin hats, just think about how many plans and activities a teacher has to whip up in a single day at an Early Learning Center. Plus, it lacks a built-in Assessment tool, which feels like a real downgrade compared to our previous program.

"Received Two Receipt Emails..."
Just got a couple of emails with receipts claiming I've forked over a big chunk of cash to them. I don't even know who they are! I'm starting to think they might've been hacked or there's some shady admin stuff happening!

"Good App, But Billing Is a Nightmare"
This app works well if you’re not looking to use the billing feature. It’s pretty user-friendly for keeping in touch with teachers, which is awesome for protecting their personal info, and checking in is pretty simple.
However, when it comes to billing, just forget about it! If you run into any issues, they only respond through email, and you’ll be waiting at least a day or two for a reply. When you do hear back, it’s usually just a generic answer from their help articles. There’s no direct line to talk to anyone, so if a billing problem pops up, good luck getting it resolved—parents are gonna be furious!

"Heads up for parents about payment fees..."
Parents, just a heads up that the fees for payment options aren’t displayed when you initially sign up and pick your payment method. You only discover the charges after the transaction goes through. It’s 2.9% for credit cards and $0.60 for ACH. I’d recommend going with the ACH option. Daycare costs are already high without any unexpected fees.

The app could be decent if the school utilized all its features, but my main problem is that I can't get rid of my account info! I keep going in circles with this nonsense, and nobody seems to be able to assist me!!!

Brightwheel has my heart! As both a teacher and a parent, I find it super handy to access student info in a flash. Plus, being able to exchange messages is just fantastic.

"Brightwheel Boosts Parent Involvement"
At our three campuses, which cater to over 300 families, we rely on Brightwheel for parent communication. It simplifies the process, and the feedback from parents has been overwhelmingly positive. They really prefer it over the old paper notes we used to send home daily. We've noticed that parents are definitely more involved since we started using Brightwheel.

"Not Your Average Childcare Experience..."
This ain't your usual childcare setup. We've got a bunch of funding sources linked to some kiddos in our program, plus a variety of reporting requirements for those funds. Whenever we've needed to contact the team at Brightwheel about the various reports, they've always been super quick to help us out.

"Brightwheel Experience"
At first, I was a bit skeptical about using an app to chat with my parents, but it turns out I really enjoy it. The interface is super user-friendly, and I've noticed that parents are more likely to reply to a message than to a handwritten note. It's a bit sad, but that's the reality. All in all, it's a great tool for my classroom. Thanks!

"Great Experience with Brightwheel"
Brightwheel is quite impressive. I appreciate the menu, which is clear and user-friendly. The Charge Library is a real lifesaver, helping me cut down on inputting incorrect invoices. Plus, it offers a good variety of reports. It would be even better if the Billing Transactions report included the invoice number.
